I would think this is a realistic goal i cant count all the hours i have used up painting and customizing my collection in fact i know i have spent more hours tinkering with my collection than playing battletech.So heck ya make them up (PGIGM)i will buy and add them to my 300 piece collection of BT stuff i have collected sence 1989 some unopened.

Oh, it's that guy from that show!

You know, for all that people knock it, the Battletech show was more faithful to the source material than the hilarious Heavy Gear cartoon...

The TV show was hilariously bad. The overall story of it was canonized, but the particulars of the show were written off as a badly produced "based on a true story" TV miniseries in the battletech universe. (think Band of Brothers if they hadn't bothered with any kind of actual reference material)

But it was my first real introduction to Battletech (even before the Mechwarrior games) so it still holds a place near and dear to my heart.

Some day I'll get around to buying and painting the rest of the strikers, along with Star Captain Kristen Redmond, and Star Commanders Pytor and Natalya.

check out http://camospecs.com/ for some painting tutorials, and a various paint schemes for all sorts of BT units. they really helped me out quite a bit. (you DO NOT want to see what my Sisters of Battle looked like back when i started with 40k... ugh. now that i have proper brushes and a plan for each mini, things are much better)
