I don't mean to be snarky, but yeah, maybe none of them.

Get a Wolfhound instead, it's really similar geometrically (both have fantastic hit boxes), has a better engine cap and hard point layout for this game.

I played Panthers for about 300 games and kinda liked them, but sold all of them after the Wolfhound landed. Haver never once regretted.

It's not a great mech so really you should only buy it because you like the looks/lore.

Personally I love the 10k and 10P, if you want a fun build put an RAC-5 on the 10P then stock up on ammo, surprisingly good

I've got a trio of them myself. Haven't played in a while but if there's still good PPC quirks you can probab;y squeeze a heavy ppc onto a panther and tear things up a bit

As said above, the answer is 'none'. The Panther is a garbage trash mech that is horribly underpowered.

I'd recommend the Panther 10P with twin AC2s. With cooldown quirks and skills, you've basically got a, RAC5 with no wind-up or jamming, and minimal heat, even with single heatsinks. You have to run it a bit slow to carry enough ammo, but Panthers are basically baby mediums anyway.

I wouldn't exactly call it a "good" mech, but it's incredibly fun.

I don't regret buying it, but will certainly not grind the event for/with it. if you got cbills to spare - go get one
if not, better stay clear.

My first drop with it got me 4 KMDDs, after 3 ineffectual rounds with other Panthers.
