Did we have to redeem them somehow, or is this just a PGI oversight? I've logged in and out, still nuthin'. Know for certain that I qualified for them. Anyone else missing their long-awaited gems?

I didn't get anything. I just went back to check and I have indeed completed it. Guessing PGI is going to release a hotfix in a little while.

Same, also the faction play cooldown removal didn't work, I was with 3 days remaining on breaking steel viper loyalty and I am not able to get a merc contract or switch faction

oh no, not another day without 16 heavy per game! the page to see if you qualify dont load the mech anymore.

There still will be 16 heavies per match, due to the Sun Spider in general, lol.

Yup same here, but it's good they know about it and are fixing it. Guess I'm starting to get used to something going wrong every time there's an update or event or something. Not really sure if that's good or bad *shrug*.

Talked with some fellas on discord.

Seems like I injection is delayed until later today. Sun Spider owners will get their mechs first, then free hero's will be injected following them.

Hey everyone we're aware of the issue here with the December 27th 'Mechs not being injected for eligible accounts as we're working on getting these injected now. I'll make sure to update everyone here as soon as I get some more news on this.

I just tested this out here and I'm not seeing any issues, anyone else seeing this behavior as well?
