Is there a reason that I can sell that hero mech but not its omnipods?..

People used to sell them and then complain they couldn't buy them back so it's a safety measure because you can't buy them back.

You are on the wrong end of a measure that has helped more people than it has hurt, sorry man. Anyway what can the pods be worth once sold? less than 1 million I wager, don't waste time complaining because it's hopeless and go play a few matches and get the money.

Powerhouse is nice, but Vanguard is complete trash. If PGI wanted to trick me into buying Sun Spider 'Mech pack this way - then they've failed.

Double UAC10 + LPL or ERPPC is solid. Any build that involves getting anywhere near SRM range is going to be a bad plan, though.

Same. Only got 9 games in it so far, but I've got a 4.0 kdr and averaging 527 damage per game. Also, I'm running the ballistic splat build (LBX10 and 4xASRM6) and ya, it's squishy but high hardpoints and good overall mobility make it work OK.

Yeah, if they had this in mind, it didn't worked. After trying SNS and its torso mounts with gauss I'm actually thinking about canceling my Blood Asp preorder.

FFS it´s a free mech! And to be true both free mechs are way better than some other hard cold cash mechs which are available.

If the Vanguard feels to squishy for you then use mid to long range builds, max the durability skills and play it more second line. PGI gave you the option to buy all available basic pods to fit it to your needs. Or don´t use it at all!

I knew the STs will be a problem a long time ago, so I didn't buy it. I haven't event used the free hero.

However, what about the people that paid for it? I really just wish PGI put a higher priority on the paying customers of a f2p game. It doesn't have to be OP, but it needs to be at least average.

I play steadily since 2012 so I think to know what I want to do when I want to sell something...
So, next question is "Will I can sell Vanguard omnipods when it will be available in mc?".

I don't have an SNS but they seem squishy. I often see them suddenly go down when their paper doll doesn't seem to be showing critical levels of damage.

I run the latter. It's a decent if not solid performer, but it feels like a one-trick pony. The ST crits are limited as well as tonnage in the same vein as Timber Wolfs. Not to mention squishy side torsos. I have yet to find a good use for the missile arms.

No, you can *never* buy Hero OmniPods separately, so if you accidentally sell them you need to buy a new Hero 'mech.

Send a ticket to Support, they can probably remove them for you.

Thats probably the gauss ones. As soon as you take a bit of structure damage to ST, the gauss explodes and takes side torso with it. I once oneshot SNS in the back with streaks, something you can't do to pretty much any other mech except piranhas.

I was thinking, it's also true that a heavy 'mech with no armor quirks is going to die pretty quickly these days.
