Probation takes only 1 hr in scouting if you brawl and don't bother with intel. If that's enough to make you want to miss the event, you never wanted to participate in the first place.

What a freaking mess... I spent two hours trying to get back to scouting and just couldn't get it to work.... Many of us only play events and now, we can't even do that with any ease at all.....

What is the point PGI is making in this CF if this was un-intentional: that they simply don't know what they are doing? Oh, that doesn't bode well for Solaris then....

I thought i had a couple of days to obtain the last loot bags at my leisure, but here i am realizing that i'm now being forced to break loyalty so that i can even do fp at all

PGI why couldn't you just keep it FP? I havene't played FP in months because of lack of interest... well you gave me interest and locked me out of the event... -sigh-

Thanks for the mech bays on QP I guess... Sad part is my job wouldn't allow me to dedicate any time until today and it's too late for me apparently. -goes back to bed-

To make matters even worse, in trying to play scouting, I've been disenrolled from Jade Falcon, need to play 10 matches, probably lost team value in doing so, not part of any team anymore and still can't play Scouting for some unknown reason.....

I asked PGI what to do and they actually responded to my email and what they said for me to do doesn't work.......

WTF is going on??? Anyone out there have an idea how to fix this mess...???

I literally can't get a game going, all the fight now button does is zoom in to the planets, completely unable to play FP

Some pretty **** design when it requires unit leaders to have to switch allegiance/contracts so their players can even participate. Or ya know, force players to drop unit and then require another re-invite fee.

Seriously PGI, why? Why not let people sign up who aren't affiliated with Seiner or Davion and just NOT get loyalty or merc points??

A work day and a half later still no comment from PGI on the whole thing in the 2 announcement threads on the subject.

With contracts locked I can't even take a Nova Cat or Steel Viper contract with any of my alt account to be ready to play in that phase. I can't switch to Davion or Steiner with any of my current accounts that are not already in those houses so the solution I had was to make a new account to sign up for Nova Cat the play in the next phase but now I have to wait to do 10 invasion drops until after the event begins because you can no longer use scouting matches to get through your probation.....

I don't understand why PGI shut down faction play and locked contracts for everyone else since we can't join in the Steiner/Davion conflict currently in progress nor even get ready for the coming Nova Cat/Steel Viper conflict. Was that even explained in the event announcement or is this just another example of PGI not understanding the consequences of their decisions regarding their own game?
