NA: 247-280ms
EU: 343-360ms
OC: 450-480ms
Game is laggy and there is apparent rubber banding, on new OC (Perth) server.

Holy hell dude, those pings are insane.
Checking pings tonight, NA is better, EU is worse than usual (but within the range) Oceania is still meh
Maybe I am on too early.

NA: 232
EU: 304ms
OC: 310ms
Note that Aussie server is WORST than to EU or USA.
Not sure how I'm supposed to benefit from either Sydney or Perth. when I was single digit previously
If even countries close to Aussie like Indonesia and Singapore are getting lousy pings, then how about those further out?

No, just a coincidence. The Portal was updated about an hour ago, in preparation of the removal of the 32-bit executable in the upcoming April patch.

Also da hell were you still up at 5am for Ash.
Just need to get my 2 yo off my pc now.
I still dont understand why NA providers comnect to Sydney Australia through Asia and Perth. ... Not through the Southern cross pipeline from hawaii to NZ to sydeny.
Can PGI talk to N.A. providers about that or does every latenight NA player that plays during Oceanic Peaktime need to complain to their providers individualy which will never happen....
The server doesn't decide what path users take to reach it, the users local exchanges which make the initial connection to the server decide what path it will take. Users find servers servers dont randomly try to connect users on a fastest route when thise users might be asleep / at work????? Or can a server actually make a user disconnect and reconnect via a faster route??
