Um OK. Why the 7th medium for one. Two , with 2.5 tons dedicated to MGs let's say, and 7 for ermls, that's not terribly sustainable for heat. Like at all.


Just checked. Even dropping down to a 170 which is as low as makes sense, and requires 4 dhs gives you enough tonnage to run 5 erml at most with 6 mgs and 1.5 tons. let's say you strip off two of those mgs and a half ton of ammo. Sweet now you have a 6th ERML and a 1.03 heat efficiency.

They work very well on the Cipher in combo with the MGs. I agree that the other laser versions are essentially deathtraps with the ERmicros alone.

Managed to squeeze in that 7th ERML! 2 MGs with a whopping 1/2 ton of ammo and .95 HE.
That is just a stupid build.
