Huh.

I advise chrome or firefox, internet explorer and this website are not very compatible.

Did you "Buy" them normally or through a gift code. Relog in game or enter a match and check back; usually the mechlab will not refresh a purchase while "idling"

(My purchases are usually immediate, but I need to leave the mechlab through relog or through playing a match; anything that will cause the mechlab to "reload.")

I bought them from the website, no gift code involved, and ill wait the hour, didn't think it would take that long to credit an account with digital stuff but anyway thank you for the really fast replies!!!

(Don't bother waiting an hour, just relog the game or enter any kind of match [including testing grounds which is fastest because then you can just quit and get back]. Soon as the window reloads again you should see a Blue box saying that you've received items, including Mechbays and Piranhas).

If after getting that you can't "find them", go into Mech Select, choose "Owned Mechs", and then make sure you are looking under "Light" or "ALL" and "Clan" or "Both".
