I don't see a way to report people in Solaris at the end of the match like you can in a regular match. Am I missing something?

When I see what looks like really bad lag-shielding I figure I should report it and maybe a PGI person will look at it if there is a trend of the same person getting reported many times.

Unfortunately PGI really can't punish people for lag spikes.

It appears to be a "feature" of the new maps. I've seen streams where someone's warping around Solaris games, but is perfectly fine in QP. And they're a well known streamer so it's not a matter of lol, hax.

Rather than reporting them for cheating, a bug report is the proper thing to be doing.

What is funny is that I've seen teleports only on Oceanic which has the best ping for me (50-70ms) and some form of lag compensation. In fact its so bad, I've performed way better on NA instead.

The lag thing is super annoying especially when you got a little Urbie warping all over the map and JJetting.

I had someone suicide because I owned him so hard he apparently got frustrated and started shooting into the wall and purposely overheated. Got it on video too...though I admit the whole time I though he was shooting at me...he was shooting at a wall trying to overheat haha.

It has to do with the other guy's ping.

You can try to report them for that but I do not see how PGI can actually punish them for that.
