So I opened my ultra-rare supply cache today, which is supposed to have one guaranteed ultra-rare, but received one common, one uncommon, and two rare. Either it's not working correctly, or there isn't actually a guarantee.

I wish I grabbed a screen/vid. I was actually very excited to pull an ultra-rare. Actually never figured I'd see one. The results were a little deflating lol:

Rare - Standard 195 engine
Rare - Lump of coal
Uncommon - Hansen's Roughriders decal
Common - 1m C-bills

The common was the best pull.

I didn't have proof about my ultra-rare, so I figure it may not be believed (no picture it didn't happen sort of thing).

So I just received, and opened a rare. The rare is guaranteed to have two cockpit items. Nope.

Hello, everyone... You seem to have the same problem as another person does... Stock up your Supply Caches for now, and wait for a HotFix from PGI. That's all we can do while they work out the Bugs which they failed to handle.

I can't equip anything I get from caches - it sucks!

Have you tried checking your Inventory and the MechLab WareHouse after opening a Supply Cache? You should find your stuff there, more than likely. Also, Bolt-Ons are a 'per-Chassis item', so you'll have to find the corresponding Mech Chassis in order to use them.

I have only gotten one supply cache. It was uncommon, got three Clan weapons and one decal. The weapons are most likely in use.
