I installed the game long ago on my C:/ drive. Now I wanna move the install onto my SSD g:/ drive... how do I do that? (in fact, I didn't even see an exe for uninstalling so that I can reinstall the game on the new drive)

cut it from where it is, paste it where you want it. Create a shortcut to the portal. Voila! You're done.

No registry tweaks necessary.

[edit] If you are running it from the program menu, you will have to edit it to point at the right directory.

Whatever - given that it's probably the only game from them you have. You can also just do the Mechwarrior Online directory under it if you want. Doesn't matter. That's all you have to do. Cut it from where it is and paste it where you want it to be, make a shortcut on your desktop or edit the menu choice for the Portal and you're done.
