They could put a tutorial during the load screen that tells us how tag lasers work.
Or they could give us the option to message people on our friends list while its taking an hour to load.

I thought about that, but I don't think it will work since windows flips back and forth all spastic and stuff if you try to alt-tab away from the retardation.

Change the display type. Full windowed works wonders.

Would be nice if they'd add an option to load a full mechlab or just a mechlist to pick from. This way if you want to do drops quickly you can just swap to mechlist while if you want to ogle your mechs you can go to the full mechlab and load it all up.

if they were to ask me:

add an invalid tab, mechs in that tab only get loaded when selecting said tab.

This is really getting out of hand. It seems like I'm staring at the spinning basketball longer than I'm actually playing.

It is especially frustrating if the game crashes and you have to go through the entire thing again just te find out you got killed while disconnected.

Well, right now there is battletech, we'll see if things have improved when I come back.
