Are The Steam Mech Packs Permanently Disabled?

I noticed the steam mech packs were removed from steam when Solaris 7 came out. Are those ever coming back?

There's no guarantee they will be back but there is a good change they will return for the Christmas sale (the older packs have returned for Christmas the last few years) and possibly during the summer sale as well.
