So I am curious. Does anyone know if buying a gift code and applying it to your own account counts toward the MC purchase part of the Loyalty program?

I want to get some MC and the C-bills/XP is alot more appealing to me right now than the Mech and crate.

Yes. Any loyalty reward in the past has been granted to the individual using the code, not the person who bought the code. In this case even though you bought the code, you will still be eligible for any loyalty program reward because you are the one using the code. This all assumes that PGI has a loyalty reward program this year and that they follow the precedents of their past programs.

Yeah I think we all know that there is no guarantee they will even have a loyalty program, let alone what qualifications they might have. In fact didn't they change the the name of the program last year to get away from the word loyalty?

Still in case there is a program I want to play the odds and be as sure as I can be that I can qualify for as many things as possible.

i bought some mc, qualify for the boring loyalty mech. mostly i wanted the free mechbay. il burn it, and the 1k i have from events, on the next mechbay sale. this is not to be confused with reopening my wallet. i just need mechbays.
