My Div 5 brawler Kintaro hasn't lost to a single Cataphract/Rifleman yet. Try that out. SHawk-2H is also a good brawler.

nobody's making you play div 5, if you aren't enjoying it there are 6 other divisions and 3 more team based game modes for you to play

It's the one of the few divisions I actually have a master mech that won't be fodder because I don't have mountain of gxp just to buy full 91 skill points. Div.2 is a **** hole at times and the only mechs that dominate it is KDK-3's and the occasion CP-10-Q everytime I drop in there.

So try again saying someone forcing me to play a division, I didn't mention being force to play or anything.

Is the Kintaro buff to living hell because right now my Wolverine 7K brawler is just being dps from hell because of playing getting to the heavy without being dps to death.

I don't seeing any point of point trying to engage these corner sitters if I'm better off not fighting and avoid any confrontation til the match is over.

I see it most of the time, they go off in a corner or to the wall at the farthest reaches of the map and simple fire whenever you coming into view.

Factory is not much help since the can go high ground and you gotta play the guessing game where they sitting and try not get your back blasted off because you looked at the wrong corner.

Go check smurfy. Kintaro is tanky as hell. Naturally you should be constantly torso twisting while you advance, cause that's a no brainer.

Pfft, corner sitting is the worst thing those AC boats can do cause that limits their vision, and allows the brawler to get to them without taking too much damage. If the AC boat corner sits, the match is as good as won by me.

But it limit my attack options as either way I have to face frontloaded 20 damage, can't use jj's to get over hom nor use my agility to out turn him and hit him from differnet angles other than his firing arc.

And I try legging the sitters but I like dps to do that.

Not with that attitude. That 20 FLD is not gonna converge well at point blank range due to their hardpoint positions. Just face hug the bugger. More importantly, lose the defeatist attitude.

Not sure with pot belly Wolverine even using the LA shield I'm still gonna take some shots in the CT.

Also I don't have a defeatist attitude just a some what sneering and extremely violent attitude to annoying things.

If the corner sitting cataphracts infesting Division 5 remind you of QP, then the wall camping King Crabs that make up about 85% of Division 3 will remind you of playing FP Siege.

Playing a light all the time there is why I have 24 Ties in that division... quite possibly the most of anyone in all of Solaris.

It's gotten to the point where I enjoy collecting the Ties. It's like collecting the bubble gum in sports card packs.

Switch mechs then. As I said KTO and SHawks are good alternatives.

Yeah, unless one's skill level is very high, playing Light and climbing the leaderboards in Div 2-4 is gonna result in a lot of ties and lost SSR.

Well haven't played very much but I have lost once to CTF-4X so far...
