Ghost heat was cancer from the start. Classic BT heat and cooldowns are more than enough to keep everything in check.

You aren't wrong about the last iteration of Energy Draw, too many things being changed at once, changes got too confusing.

Let's just go back to one of the earlier (and better) iterations, maybe Energy Draw PTS 3 at the latest.
Screw using the last iteration, the playerbase can just use it as an example of what not to do. (Probably expecting a lot, yes)

With the skill tree, do IS Heat Sinks dissipate heat faster than Clan Heat Sinks?
