Every horn is broken for a year now. They all trigger the sound well after the point the kill is achieved, some worse than others.

This issue has nothing to do with the warhorns, it probably happens because of bad internet connection.

Ping times... The server has to register the kill, then send the confirmation to the client, then the client has to initiate it. Can be as far as 500ms after visual kill for the sound to be triggered on a 100ms ping.

Well, the Fafnir warhorn is broken in the mechlab. It got closer tot the animation after the "fix", but is still very off. Ping-delay ingame does make it only worse.

I'm relatively close to the server... 26ms ping time and kill a 12ms player... and the warhorn triggers four seconds later.
