Hello Hello everyone!
I'd like to put my two cents into the ring and ask that The Mackie be considered for being added into the game. I even know a great sub-title for the Mech Pack.
"The Mackie"
"Blast from the Past"
For those of you that don't know, The Mackie is the /FIRST/ BattleMech ever used in combat. (its from 2439).
This 100 ton battlemech is really rather cool, and has a lot of neat lore. Plus, I dont know any other BattleTech game that uses it.
Its "Stock" loadout would be 1 PPC, 2 Medium Lasers, and an AC/10. However there are a few variations out there.
For the "Special" or possibly "Hero" varients I'd love to see the MSK-5S (which was the initial prototype) come with a special paint-job that makes it look all rusted out, aged, with maybe an interesting patina.
Overall, I think a lot of people would get behind this design cause of its unique look, its rich (but not super detailed) lore, and for its historical properties. I know I'd get an Ultimate Pack for it.
Here's a link to the Sarna page:

Agree Mackie would be addition to MWO.
From its age, massive popularity in its day, which should've resulted in high production numbers, the Mackie should have way-way more stock variants then the 5 shown on Sarna.net after-all 100 tons is 100 tons.
For comparison some mech variants in MWO are just unique prototype unicorns in lore...

Yes. This would be epic as a collectible mech. I would gladly fork over a solid $15 for that rusty hero version.
