I have reedeemed the free 3xAMS Champion Abomination.

The question I have to answer now is whether I:
1) run it ironically (a possibility that's not that absurd),
2) simply sell it to buy another mech off my shopping list, or
3) equip one of my remaining projects

Doesn't answer the burning question, why are disconnects becoming more frequent, i've had at least three involuntary ones in the last week which is three more than the last 6 months, usually my connection is super stable.

... pre-this-patch, I had no lag issues, despite seeing tons of people dropping from games since the Solaris City was added, and yet now, after you implemented this patch, my ping is jumping from its usual ~60ms to ~1,000, to ~4000, to ~2,000, back down to normal for a bit, then back up to crazy numbers; I'm rubber-banding everywhere! And, other people in my matches are having the same issue...

They just tossed a 'mech-bone at us not too long ago, the really bad Uziel-3P, that--while usable--is best stripped for parts and sold, opening up the bay for something actually desirable.

Pretty sure this is an attempt to keep us chewing. Why would they thank us for them having to comply to some laws? More like, "thanks for willing doing QA for us so we can quickly shove this patch out the door!"

So for compliance to GDPR we can soon expect the following controls added to website or in game?

1. The ability to toggle on/off access to their player statistics

Champions and heroes can be sold, special and comparable mechs like loyalty can't.

That "feature" has been removed ages ago. Don't mistake the unintended "feature" of seing detailed loadout, into the intended feature of seeing mech and weapons.

I managed to get through half of it before I gave up and logged in. All I wanted was the forums, anyway.

In any case, this is the second free Nova I'm getting from PGI, and I don't mind. Now if only the C-SPL nerfs were reverted, atleast a little...

As mentioned in another thread, player stats are not covered under the GDPR, as they don't identify you as a person in real life.

Which mech Karl Carver? There were some mechs that had armor readjustments done recently so that might be the case.

Most of us got a boat load of emails about terms of service updates ad nauseum, PGI is the only one that actually gave you something for the minor effort of doing it. So big thanks for that. Bonus drink for that person on your Friday shindig.
