There aren't any yet. The upcoming Flea will have a variant capable of bringing 8... but even that will be pushing it a bit. It certainly won't be the next Piranha, and won't really even rival the MLX or ACH as far as MG boats go, since it's only a 20-tonner, but with a bulkier engine and equipment, and weapons that are twice as heavy for the same output.
The lightest IS 'Mech at present with more than 4 ballistic hardpoints is the Blackjack hero, Arrow... and after that you'd have to ton all the way up to a 65-ton JM6-DD... and then a 90-ton MAL-MX90. There will not be an IS 'Mech with more than 6 ballistics until the Flea comes out.

Thank you.
Was looking at lights with lots of ballistics slots.
Got PIR(12), MLX(8), ACH(6 or 8w/heropod) for clan and was quite suprised to find that IS was limited at 4.

You may notice clan equipment is often lighter/smaller, often by half. The ability of an IS 20 to carry 12 MG/2SL with sufficient ammo and still have things like an engine is the problem as well as hardpoints (again, fewer, sometimes half)

The Firestarter has 4 ballistic hard points. I tried it with LMGs and just medium lasers. It was eh. Instead I put a RAC5 and 2xER Small. ;3

Firestarter would be you best bet at present. The locust 1-v has 4 ballistic hardpoints, but far less tonnage to work with.
With the Firestarter (or any mech) you can add MGs with small pulse lasers to augment if that is what you're going for. Again, the Firestarter has the hardpoints to pull this off (one or two of them).

The Raven hero has four ballistic and two missile hardpoints.
.. it's bad though. Take it from somebody who owns it.

For the price, I do suggest you try the Locust 1V, it’ll truly teach you how to take risks!
Urbanmech R60 will also give you 4 MG’s, and 2 energy options, they can do serious damage.

^ This is actually your best bet since Urbies get crazy armor bonuses and they're still small. Replace the 60 rated engine of course.
