Just had a match, where the opponent didn't show up, obviously disconnected. After the match I got -15 Elo. That's normal?

Give him 5 minutes to reconnect, then kill him, if you wanna be honorable about it. 5 minutes should be enough for anyone to reconnect if they're going to.

I poked him for 3-4 minutes with a single Mlaser.... and it took some time till I realised, that he isn't connected. He had lots of time to spawn in.

At that point, farm the components and damage, then get yourself a headshot kill.

Nah, was only testing hit boxes. Maybe it's just me, but especially on Solaris, I experienced some glitches. I aim for ct, and ST gets hit, I aim for ST, arm or CT is hit.
