Vulture/ Mad Dog MK II OMNI mech

Same tonnage as the original but more focused on CT and propably ST hardpoints and only few (like tops two on any config arm omni pod) ones in the arms to make it more different. The new lineup of different base configs could be molded after that.

Also a more beefed up look! Especially the arms seems a TINY BIT higher up and more "shield" like, like the Mad Cat mk II arms.

Also, even if it wont be included in MWO. At least we got to enjoy the similar laodout capabilities thanks to the Mad Dog hero Reaver's CT mounted energy point, still hoping for the Vulture/ Mad Dog Mk II though
