Is the arm laser going to fire from the little laser gun the artwork held?

It's IN THE CONCEPT ART. PGI, I think you should fulfill that art design and produce the first laser gun in MWO universe.

It's the only way.

But here on lies four extension questions...

1 is the gun going to be part of the arm? Or does it have it's own 10 to 15 HP and can be blown off independently?

2 does the gun become bigger if it's a ppc (ppc RIFLE!!!) Or er large laser?

3 will the gun be held like a soldier would aim a real gun? Or would the gun be held like star wars stormtrooper that can't hit the broad side of a barn?

4 finally, does the first handheld weapon mean that we are finally ready for melee combat?? Combat axe on axeman... Here we come!!

PGI please don't disappoint us by copping out with lame laser fingers. You draw the gun, make the gun

Addendum:. I just noticed that the gun seems to be melted onto the arm. I guess I was mislead by the "fingers" around the trigger area...

Doesn't matter. I want laser gun. Let's make it happen, PGI!

Best way for PGI to do is to make the gun part of arm hitbox and give it some armor quirks to compensate.

I imagine they'll interpret Alex's fine artwork with a version of the Blood Asp's boxy shoulder mounts.
