Its per mech now, now per class of mechs. The total payout is the same for phase 2 as it was for phase 1, but now you don't have to buy any mechs if you don't want to. You won't be penalized for only have 2 out of 3 mechs of a particular weight class for example... and unable to afford to buy the third one for whatever reason(s). Just do the mechs you have and still earn something.

Hi guys... I had about 10 free bays before this Event started, but I choke hard when I'm low on (MC) about picking up additional ones in advance. Unfortunately, I'll need even more to complete the Event without selling anything and/or ignoring Challenges.

However, it would work to PGI's Business Benefit if they had a 50% Off Mech Bays Sale right now. They're having that (MC) Sale with Bonus Content, and it would look even sweeter to some people if PGI were to take and put a 50% Off Mech Bays Sale alongside that other one. People would think, "Hey, I can get even MORE Mech Bays for my Bonus-Enhanced (MC)? Yeah, let's buy some (MC) then!", or at least that's supposed to be the idea. Plus, PGI's Staff still has 11 Days to have the Sale from right now, without having to let it continue outside the Event's time frame.

Damn... I think I'm seeing inside the minds of Marketing Departments everywhere. That might be considered as not a good thing, huh? Like, I think that's a dangerous place for anyone's mind to see into.

Oh well... How the heck do I get these thoughts to Matt Newman/Tina Benoit/<any-PGI-Staff-handling-Events-and-Sales>??? I don't see any reason for them to not benefit from it.

I notice an influx of more players, names i don't recognize since i only started playing a year ago, on QP these last couple of days specifically players that use to play this game. Good job PGI, this event is actually bringing more players back into the game. Keep up the good work.

Stunning example of NON common sense math right there. PGI is giving away 50MC and 500,000 Cbills for each of 47 mechs models which will be involved in this current event. That's 2,350MC and 23,500,000 Cbills... just for playing the game... and not paying a damned single real dollar to PGI coffers. So NO... it doesn't actually at all work to their business benefit to also discount mech bays, when people are already being given a LOT of free MC which they can easily use to purchase mech bays at full regular price with and mechs already discounted 50% on cbill and MC costs in the in-game store.

They're just coming back for the free MC and cbills. Once the event is over they'll be gone again.

Is there a way to transfer C-bills or MC between accounts? I have my IS and Clan totally separate with no opposite technology in either account, so my IS account benefits from the event, but I didn't think I could transfer that benefit...

It's NOT possible to cross-transfer. They were ONLY talking about (C-Bills) Amount Totals.

Yeah, it would have gone hand-in-hand with the "50% Off Challenge Mechs Sale", as well as the "Bonus Content /w (MC) Sale", and would have easily drawn purchases from people with Spare Real $$$ to spend. Unfortunately, several people at PGI appear to have NOT realized this, and therefore didn't set up the "50% Off Mech Bays Sale" that would have made everything perfect for everyone, including PGI themselves.

On other notes, I've finally had to dump and sell off a Mech. I'm very angry, as I swore I would NEVER do that, and even saying "very angry" is a massive understatement. I don't know who's handling balancing for the I.S. Javelin, but when you can't kill with such a small thing, or even help someone else kill something, then something is most definitely wrong. (Edit :: By the way, if you're thinking the fault is me, try thinking again. I was NOT rushing out in front, but instead doing things Light Support Mechs are supposed to do!)

You had your chance to stock up on mech bays while the "Crazy Deals" were on. For some reasons quite a few people didn't not get the hint with 50% off.
