I was going to get the Tourt pack and and med bundle but it appears there's several hundred ways to pay for something except for your steam wallet lulz.

MC only for steam i'm assuming then? If not someone guide me in the right direction please. would be appreciated.

Hmm? Everything on MWOmercs.com can be purchased using a credit card, Pay Pal or any one of 500 different ways (according to the merchant page).

Using Steam Wallet? Then you have to buy off Steam instead of MWOmercs.com.
