I launched the game earlier and noticed that rather than switching to full window as it normally does for me after I hit log in, the client remained a centred window. I checked the graphics options, and sure enough it was still reading 1920x1080 full window, so I hit alt-enter and the client remained in a low resolution, the UI was enormous, and when I alt-entered to switch it back to a window, it had resized the browser I had open in the background.
It was fine last night before this latest round of win10 updates, which also seemed to turn on a bunch of windows "features" I had disabled previously. I also updated to the latest Geforce drivers last night but rolled them back to see if they were the issue (they weren't.)

Resolution Problem

^^
Desktop PC, Nvidia GTX970.
It was the new 1803 feature update, because Microsoft just can't fix something without adding some more things and breaking half a dozen others.

Weirdly, it seems to have resolved itself without any further ******* from me.

Easily fixed by just setting the game to 800x600 apply, then set to window, then set the resolution.
If it doesn't work then your GPU simply cant handle it.
