[Rather Dashing]

This is inexcusable. Look at this. The laser boxes don't fit, the three pegs on the arm are completely asymmetrical and nothing lines up with them. This is completely ridiculous. For years I have watched whoever designs these new weapon geometry hardpoints and mech geometry in general and it seems like he's deliberately going out of his way to mess up what are otherwise good designs from Flying Debris. For years. Literal years. Please fire this man.

I don't even really understand what was wrong with the old designs. Some of them were standing out, everyone still understood that those were lasers on the hunchback etc. They didn't look bad. You could even say they were "produced by another manufacturer" or something. Now everything looks the same.

Better or worse, I think the effort could've been spent on something else.

There was nothing wrong with the old designs. They were quite aesthetic and the unique touches made each mech look and feel different and interesting.

The new ones aren't just a sidestep, or a step backwards, they're a marked decline in quality and diversity for no appreciable purpose.

What if we were allowed to have adaptive geometry on ballistic and laser weapons, to adjust the size of them how we want them.

I actually agree with all of you and I am not fan of all of these geometry changes as well, simply because a lot of my mechs got ruined as well as yours (especially my favorite NCIX centurion and my battlemaster). I just don't understand why the current model designer had to re-do all of the weapon models instead of adding to the existing ones.

The AC/10 and HPPC barrels on the Rifleman are criminal. Both are shorter than the laser barrels, and it just looks horrendous.
