From what I can read into it all, the outcome seems that PGI has overall won the case.

However, I have a feeling there's still something left unsaid - for better or worse.

HG got kurbstomped - but politely. Russ is just playing coy because being magnanimous in victory is a sensible tactic, even when a lawsuit is dismissed with prejudice.

I don't know what happened and don't really care. I just want more of these unseen mechs. More mechs to use is always a good thing. Plus with a good dish of lore behind them makes me happy.

I think it’s a win for PGI in that they get the keep the Marauder, Warhammer, Rifleman, Archer, and Phoenix Hawk. More Unseen? That remains to BE seen.

Exactly this.

The details of the case, the finer points, the specific of who paid who what/when, who owns what/how, etc, aren't what I'm interested to know so much as the "do we get more Re-Seen mechs from PGI, and do CGL/HBS get to give us the same?".

Certainly not looking for anyone to violate any NDA with specifics. Just wanting to clarify the outcome and the future path if possible.
