17 is definitely a beast. Absolutely smashes the PIR if you can stay a little away from it, about equal chance in a CQ dogfight. Love it.

That build shouldn't need to shave any armor except a little off the head.

Re: blanking out names, you only need to do that if you want to shame someone. For example, today I ran into -redacted- in QP today in a friggin no armor LRM boat Awesome. I took my 12 MG Piranha and -redacted- his -redacted- and he died of a million ammo explosions. It was glorious.
