4th July holiday time off, and same event in MWO begins today, n looks like it's gonna be a beautiful day to go fishin for both! Hell yeah!
Plus, now that PIR is out for cbills, means it's finally a candidate for "real" nerfs........ Wonder where that's gonna lead?

That doesn't matter if the player has a bad connection, equipped with a rubberband shield. It's the same reason you see super ballsy Commandos running right up to whole teams, doing a jig, dropping off a strike or UAV, and then skipping away barely tickled.
Even if they have a decent connection, the PIR still has the benefit of completely gimping any self-defense capabilities of its unarmored opponent in seconds.
You just have to let the team soften the enemy up, and then you rule the world. That, or back-stab.
If people are complaining that they can't do insanely good with the PIR, they're just doing it wrong.

Did your fish go... Belly up?
Did you forget to feed it?
Change the water?
Did the tank get too cold?
Couldn't help myself. But, I heard they fixed them up now. You know, made them better, stronger, faster... With CYBORG TECHNOLOGY!

It's standard pricing we've had for years now.
Availability of a mech for MC or cbills, has no effect on it's dollar price. The mechpack price will remain as it's always been. MC and cbill prices are based on tonnage and parts. Omnimechs have more parts in form on omnipods so they are slighly more expensive than battlemech of same tonnage, and Black Lanner is still slighly more expensive than Stromcrow because it has bigger and thus more expensive engine.
What's actually curious is the omnipods of Black Lanner slighyly are more expensive, but I guess that's because they are calculated from the base price of mech without separate removable parts. So the engine is what makes the omnipods more expensive.
I'd imaginine very few people actually would buy a ordinary mech for MC when it's always going to be released for cbills month later. The "hero premium" in the MC is very little, so most mechs brought with MC are heroes.
If you find it difficult, just pretend you can't buy ordinary mechs with MC at all. Mechpacks for money, heroes for money and MC, rest with cbills and never buy champions.
