this map seriously needs a day mode, and also needs to have the Cobalt Coil bar placed in here somewhere as well... it also needs a reduction in the blinding flashing from weapons fire...

You think that's bad? Try checking out the after-effect sound from using JumpJets. There's something that's annoying.

I end up running thermal in the Solaris map most of the time just to be able to spot enemies.
And in many parts of Mining Collective
And Mordor
And night-time River City
And Ishiyama
And...well, anywhere there's a night mode.

i run thermal most of the time on any map, any mode and any daytime. good resolution and very high settings.

This map needs first of all some optimisation. What kind of useless noob modelled this piece of crap? I just saw several times through geometries and there is so many pointless geometry there.

In all honesty, this map should be on day mode exclusively until they actually optimize all the geometry and particle effect this map has.
Upon its release it was possible to get inside many building by clipping through walls and such, which comes to show how rushed this map truly was.
