Don't hold your breath, pleasantly surprised to see the Champ though.

it doesn't have much in common with the nightstar besides the arms, and that part is mostly irrelevant since only 2 variants even have anything in them.

Lawsuit's actually over. PGI won. that said, it'll still be awhile before they go for the rest of the Unseen, just so HG can't claim they're being "provoked" (that and HG loses the license to Macross-related stuff in 2021 anyways).
picked up the basic pack here, mostly so PGI can actually get some cash to put towards development rather than at Lawyers dealing with HG idiots. that and the Champ is a classic IS mech and a powerhouse in the tabletop.

In case people forgot, the Champion has showed up in other games before, the one I remember was Mechwarrior 3. Hopefully they complete the old games mech collection first since not all MW3/4 and MC1/2/3 is even complete in this game.
Instead Date a Live decided to tease us with the Owens.

nerfing clan lasers AGAIN, putting negative quirks into the base line of clan mechs so those negative quirks disappear. you up'ed the uac jam chance on ALL clan uacs/mechs not just one mech which is what you should have done(KD3) oh and you're putting a recoil on a normal clan gauss. can you please stop this?

Yeah, the Lawsuit is over and regardless of what people say, the outcome was a settlement, so you can consider that a win or a loss depending on how you look at it. We have not been given any details about the terms of the settlement and I am certain that we will never get all of the specific details, or that PGI could even tell us if they wanted to. Of course, we all hope that this settlement will allow PGI to add the rest of the "unseen" Mechs to the game, but the settlement could also mean that PGI is only allowed to keep using the existing "unseen" Mechs that are in MWO and not any other ones. I guess we will find out.

It is close to the original artwork, they usually keep the Mechs pretty close to the originals. I do agree that it looks like something from a Monty Python skit, or the Yellow Submarine video (legs on a plane and all).

Ah cheers, had been out of the loop for a couple of months.
Settlement is...Good, given that HG is a bigger company though no doubt HG got some gibbs out of it but hey ho. Better than a loss.

you do realize different people work on mechpacks than that other stuff, right?
and that they've had an expensive lawsuit to deal with from Harmony gold for the last couple years.
