I was mostly crying from laughter as your salty crybaby 420s Skyravenwood and Staude tried to shoot SSRMs at our base but couldn't get any shots since you can't lock on buildings LUL. Our assaults ate both of them up.

And of course they said HGauss OP after walking across half the map and coming into our base.

Yeah, because you see 1 name in the other team and he shall be responsible for all the mixed up guests he have with him....sure.

1. The 420 are awesome and nice guys and i love to battle them!
2. Sky knows for sure the mechanics how to damage a base, but thats no guarantee all his guests know this as well.
3. There is always changing quality from match to match because after every match people like Yondu, me and Sky are filling the gaps in the teams with sometimes unknown players. Thats the way today.
4. Staude is my buddy and he never did or say anything negative to anybody, so stop this shaming, especially because he cant defend himself here as non-english-speaker! So you feel like a big boy now? And you are...what...a comp player?! LOL! A grown up adult?! I doubt both!

Whats wrong with FP?

Read this thread :D

Otherwise i think FP is alot of fun to create dropdecks for a Special kind of mission etc. The drawback is that there is no reason todo a FP, cause there is no Lore or whatever behind it.
The Clans take Luthien? No side effects. The IS sieges Strana Metchy "silence".
But this would be the biggest plus for MWO compared to other games like WoT and a reason for Players to stay at MWO because they would see a longer result of there fighting.

Oh, hi Bishop Six! Have you finally stopped whining about getting LRMed in your LRM Jagermech and how we, who bring LRMs are ruining the game? I understand that you need to put me in my place, but maybe first you should learn to point and click at pixels in your screen! Haha! You, putting yourself in the same sentence as Yondu and Sky is the funniest thing I have read today!

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand LRM Play. LRM usage is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the nuance will go over a typical, direct-fire player’s head. There’s also the selfless support outlook and teamplay focus, which is deftly woven into all LRM builds- the best LRM boats skillfully remind team mates to hold locks and encourage the team by letting them know their crucial support fire is on the way. Only LRM masters understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of this playstyle.

Edited to include the amazing depth and detail of LRM play which you should read up on.

Me and Lurms in a Jägermech?!

Aha. I dont own such things. I have over 150 mechs and only 1 mech has Lurms (A Catapult for retro reasons).

Until you have the ability to cutoff planetary supply lines there are no FP consequences except for a dribble of MC if you accidentally capture a planet.

PGI is killing their own game, lots have left and the direction they took it that made this happen is still going forward. Once another battletech/mechwarrior game comes out where we can all do some type of faction war will put the nail in the coffin of this game.

Nothing wrong with faction play as a game . PGI makes most events possible in any mode . Sad fact is most folk use QP to do their event tasks because its faster . FP is time consuming .

Its players who sucks the fun out of FP .

Specifically the man child vets with self control issues . Those who can do no wrong and never made a mistake ever . specific style of winning a game mode blah blah blah . Specific mech and load out blah blah blah . Some very odd rule of winning a siege by destroying all your first wave best mechs for no reason ?

They cannot handle losing after how many years of losing ? Instead of adapting to work with a newb they ignore him and mess up their game even more but its the newbs fault of course . An assault in the last wave for whatever reasons , the vets do the nascar trick instead of using a free meat shield .

Gamers, who single out 1 newb for losing a match , using their MIC to shame someone they could not name because they dont really care , what they did care about was so and so unknown reinforced wave 1 and thats why we all "lost" . Games have been won with disconnects and a couple noobs doing their own thing . it takes 12 to win or lose not 1 .

People who friend you just so they can fill their ranks to get into an FP asap because they noticed you had a half good score in a past match i assume ? Who will toss you the moment someone better pitches up . Some peeps have dual accounts for FP and quickly swop if they think there is a bunch of suckers about to play on one side .

Ahh yes of course the oh so lovely farming , instead of taking objectives . Why does the math fly out the window ? wasting time playing one game to kill em all then take objective . Thats more rewarding instead of 3 wins ASAP ?

I would rather FP with happy go lucky lurm pugs who can handle losing a match or three.

DarkPhoenix....

People who play poorly over and over again and refuse to actually play the game as it's supposed to be played *should* be singled out and called on it, because they aren't helping anything. I've told guys over the mic to not bring 32 KPH stalkers on wave 3-4, I've told them to not bring light mechs on wave 1 of an attack, and it doesn't ever get through to them. They're an active detriment to the team. I want to win, or failing that, have a good game where we try. I can only carry so many dead weight players to victory. It gets a little rough if you're actively sabotaging the team as well. If you're new, fine, just announce it and ask questions. Nobody will ridicule you for being new. But if you keep doing the same dumb thing over and over again... well then... the game is better off without you. I'd rather sit in queue longer waiting for decent teammates. I'll just watch more netflix, it's fine.

As for farming kills instead of completing the objective... if it's a complete 1 sided stomping, the farming phase lasts like 5-10 extra minutes, and easily doubles the cbills / loyalty points you get from a match. It's generally around 5-10 minutes between searching for a lobby, getting in lobby, and waiting for loading / dropping between games. I want to maximize my in-game time and minimize my waiting time, so it makes sense to play every match out to 48 kills as much as possible.

So you are one of those who cap the circle and shoot gens because you need the wins. I play this game to shoot mechs not to sit in a damn circle or shoot stationary objects.
