I was wondering if there had been a program change to the FAFNIR mech. I noticed that the varient FNR-5E that I use can't take damage anymore I'm out of the game in 3 to 4 shots I tried moving armor around and messed with the skill tree but nothing seems to work. Does the skill tree work at all?

Skill tree is just a fairy tail to make you grind and spend cbills, while PGI continues to nerf and buff all the mechs settings as they like in the name of "balance" to counter what you have set in your skill tree. So no matter how you tweak the skill tree to the max at the end you are still under the mercy of PGI's nerf bat for this mech.
One way to make it work is keeping crying in the forum that the mech is ****** and your "buff" will comes around.
