The Bloodlust?

Ummm why not something Vulcan mythos related?

The Forged
or
The Lavalamp
or
The Molten
or
The Spok
or
The Volcano
or
The Eruptive
or
The Blacksmith
or
The Red-Hot
or
The Angry
or
The Unextinguished Flame
or
The Maker
or
The Ugly One

Instead it's a mosquito.

That's actually ok since it references the canonic hero Mech, also called Bloodlust:

"Sondra [Stoverston] commands a medium lance in Steiner’s Twentieth Arcturan Guard, and is considered one of the best MechWarriors in the regiment. Her Vulcan, “Bloodlust,” is painted a brownish-red and reflects her attitude toward combat. Sondra is a major threat to any infantry unit, with a reputation for killing platoons to the last person. During the Fourth Succession War, Sondra participated in the fi ghting around Lake Noswe on Buckminster. The Mechanized infantry attached to the Sixth Arkab Legion broke and ran rather than face Sondra and her Bloodlust."

It's a bit redundant, but ok.

That's strange indeed. I would have expected at least some reference to Greco-Roman mythology, like typical attributes of Vulcan (Hammer, Anvil, Crane Head).

Hahaha yes Chris that has been a wicked cannon for many years and I might add has shredded infantry in many countries.

It immediately made me think of a skinnier Enforcer. Especially the head design.

Looks nice, missile hardpoints on hero variant are pretty tightly packed, which is good.

I hope it is on par with Assassin agility-wise. Can it be? All (two) other IS 40t mechs are both agile and durability quirked, so I'm hyped. Please, PGI ^___^
Confused lights are love!

Sigh... yeah, the quirks are mediocre at best (especially considering the not-so-great hardpoints) and the frontal profile is huge. I love mediums and I want to like the Vulcan but I don't think it will be fun in MWO.

I hope you treat the Champion better.

Wow look how wide it is, well looks like this thing has dodge hitboxs. Hope for good patch notes. Wonder if I will see any of these in quick play?

Underquirked. Structure +6 is equal to Armor +2 due to crits. You'd think this would be recognized on a mech that carries multiple MGs, when MGs are only good due to crits.

It's a bit on the big side, but the big armpit gap may make some shots miss, like they do on the Centurion.

What's up with the Enforcer cockpit? It's supposed to have a big bubble cockpit so the pilot can look down and see all the PBIs he's shooting and squishing. Downwards cockpit visibility is one of the weak points of a lot of mechs.
