What am I supposed to do with my IS mechs? I can't boat external heatsinks. I suffer from reduced heat cap and don't benefit from increased external heat sink dissipation. My brawlers and AC boats are way too hot now. Even Dual HGauss 6 ERML assaults can fire their ERMLs exactly 1.5 times before overheating. IS ERMLs in general are crаp now. Thanks a bunch.

You do realize that this pts is geared around lowering alphas right, and is doing so by forcing the player to stagger their weapons fire. I don’t know what you are talking about,the IS mechs handle pretty awesome in the PTS. Idk maybe try something different, like not shooting everything at once?

im not seeing this as an is nerf, actually testing all my IS mechs they seem much cooler,
as my heat is dropping faster than i can really build it up, my Brawl mechs got much better,
even my Duel HPPC mechs are surprisingly efficient as i can fire much more often,

You both are full of ****. Non laser boats carry about 2-5 additional heat sinks at best, that's 0.12-0.3 additional heat dissipation/s. Those that rely on just engine heat sinks see no increase in heat dissipation at all.

All my IS mechs mechs are cooler...5er medium/Gauss Bounty hunter can basically fire all day even on caustic. I dont even think I have many if ANY heat dissipation skills on that build.

tried a bunch of MRM/ac and MRM/laser builds, feels pretty good
