liking the reduced Cap and increased Dissipation,
i feel this was a good change for the Game, and the Mobility buffs feel good as well,
Heat & the IS Side,
most of my IS mechs set aside as Energy mechs feel much better,
they can stay in the fight longer and feel much better in a fight,
Heat & the Clan Side,
though this hit High Clan Alphas some, many Clan Mechs also benefited from this as well,
brawl mechs seem much better at their roles, but poke mechs still feel good as well,
problems i see,
Flamers= could be a problem, but some slight tweaking will fix them well,
LasAMS= also a problem as lowered Heat, but some slight tweaking will fix them well,
also some lights and Mechs that dont take extra DHS can feel hotter,
due to the new lowered cap as well as that HS no longer increase the Heat Cap,
such these builds can get hot abit too quickly, but this is a small issue,
all in all im loving the new PTS and with some Tweaks it could be the best yet,
Thoughts, Comments, Concerns?

Not sure how you can say Clan brawl mechs felt better across the board. My MPL laser brawlers were universally garbage with this PTS. Completely useless.

I will agree with lights taking a hit in general due to them not having a lot of DHS and the buffs are purely to DHS so lights get the short end since they pretty much just get a slashed max heat cap and nothing else.
