One C-ER Large Laser.
Yep, with the MLX-C ER laser range quirks and targeting computer, it did full damage to ~960m (the very best range I got it to), all 11 of it. Now, you may be thinking this is absolute garbage, and you would be right, it was, but it was the most beautifully annoying and hard-to-counter piece of garbage you could ever encounter late game. Well, that is if it survived until late game or the match lasted long enough to enter that situation. When the stars aligned however, it was a complete lolzfest.

All of the high elevation camping, the long range legging, all the enemy salt, all of my salt, all of my teammates' salt, the shear uncountable amount of times I was called an idiot and a madman... It was a wonderful ride that very few witnessed including Phil himself (I got a little too carried away with it):
I hate to make an MWO post emotional, but this was the height of my MWO career in my opinion, and possibly the most difficult undertaking I've ever made in a video game just trying to get 1000 damage. I'm glad I did it then because I can't do it now. Game boundaries on sniping spots, ECM easier to target, new top tier lights that I wouldn't be able to leg fast enough that would camp me (irony), etc.
