1. Engine desinc means engine power does not affects pitch and yaw speed.
2. Loss of side torso means decreasing pitch and yaw speed. Dramatically by my opinion.
 
So 2 proposition contradicts 1 proposition.

					My solution to the IS XL- engine...   Kill one side, -50%.  (heat/move)
 
Leg a mech, -60%, double leg mech -30% (stacked)
 
STD engine, +15 or 20% structure

					I would prefere if there were more/stronger skills in the skill tree for each stat including mobility stats.
 
And if we had Info-Warfare then your technology could impact how easy/far you can be targeted/locked.
e.g. using Endo, FF and DHS on top of XL engine could make you 25% more easy to target (so 25% more range)
