So the Challenges end a day before the Event ends?

*edit* Only because the timer is still counting down the lootbag event even though it's ended.

My turtle-bay tournament/event browser, says ends the 10th, (Pacific time )

My in-game event tracker.. says event over.

Logged it to try to work on this but in contrast to the web pages in game the event is over. WTF. Not that far form pattern and also losing the potential 5 mil boost for a high match score. Did not have much time to play during the weekdays but had time today. As long as this is event is MIA I've got other games that would love the attention...

I am assuming its the in-game that is wrong because ending an event mid-weekend is both not the usual M.O. and silly in general. Can someone please re-enable this event?

Kinda glad I decided to grind out the last few bags I needed earlier today.
Shouldn't be too hard though for them to get it back up and running for another 24 hour period so we all at least get the full allotted time.

I just played like 10 QP games, and none of them counted towards event progress or loot bags. There's still 22 hours on the event. What gives?

Someone goofed up with the event programming is my guess. Maybe this means we'll get an extra day to do everything and it will end on Tuesday at 5PM PST. *hint hint to whoever is in charge of this*

I think they extended the end time in text and forgot to program it in. Seems like the usual fubar by them.

Soooooo. I kind of don't have a lot of opportunities to play. I was supposed to get a lot done over the next several hours. If this doesn't get fixed I'm stuck with less than half of the rewards I was supposed to get. At the moment I'm sitting on about a dozen loot bags, no rewards except for the great match, so that Phenomenal match bonus? Nope, play a bunch of matches? Nope.
So please PGI-senpai, take responsibility.
Make this up to us somehow.
Edit: Did the 500 match score I needed to so... I hope that's not 5 mil bills + loot gone for me.

what? There was an event. You couldn't participate to complete it fully. Oh well. There will be others. Hopefully you can finish the next one. PGI doesn't owe you anything, much less need to make it up to you.

I agree with all of the other posters. I planned my # of plays a day based on all your counters. I just needed about 7 more matches to get the free mech.

Open this event back up and extend it for everyone!

If it were just a matter of someone not accomplishing everything because they did not play enough matches in the listed time frame, then you might have a leg to stand on with your comments. For the loot bags however, the event is NOT working as described by PGI, so yes, they should address the issue, otherwise their credibility suffers.
