Something is certainly amiss. After the match went to the testing grounds on Rubellite and I was not able to replicate said bug, I was definitely cooling down more quickly in the TG than I was for that specific match.

But I did have structural damage in a side torso when I noticed I was not cooling down like I should be.

That is very weird and not just the heat. A lot of his shots weren't registering either.

Just ran into this issue with my Victor. Heat would not dissipate as it usually does, ive maxed this build and i'm very familiar with howit plays... it was as if i'd lost my side torso with my light engine.

Just had this issue. Most or all players, from both sides, were affected judging by the discussion in chat.

I felt hit registration was not working right either.

I just had this problem today. Everyone in the match (or most of em at least) couldnt cool down. Heat would quickly drop as normal from 90-75% heat, but then just stalled and refused to cool past the 60's

Became an issue for me recently. Every other day or so I get a match where my mech acts like it has no heat sinks. Next match is fine. Can't say what the trigger is.
