I lose heat at a much slower rate, it hasnt been like this before.

Yes, problem on all matches tonight

Clan or IS, every map is screwed up up. More heat suicides than kills

there's a bug that does that, but it's only like 1 out of a bazillion drops

24 of us on caustic all couldn't shoot more than weapon at a time or you'd shut down

Boreal attack was much the same...super slow heat loss

Came here to post this same thing.

Was just on Boreal Vault and my rate of heat dissipation was changing repeatedly. It was really strange.

i was getting the heat bug earlier where it drops rapidly after a spike, then slows way down to barely any dissipation.

Yeah, everyone on both teams had the same issue. Heat dissipation went wonky.

I have been overheating at 98 percent. With no overirde on seems wonky sometimes.

Yeah, had some weird stuff going on yesterday. In some matches the entire server had pings of at least 300 and up. Hitreg in games without high ping were still wonky, ballistics in at least one game didn't seem to be doing any damage at all, for many people. I got hit by a gauss rifle several times from about 600m, and my paper doll never registered the hits. My ballistics were doing damage maybe half the time. Not sure what the problem is, hope they get it worked out.

I saw it Wednesday night on a quickplay group match in HPG in a Night Gyr Prime. One PPC shot=half heat cap. One alpha shut me down for almost 40 seconds. It was weird.

Got this in my dual lbx10 shadowhawk on grimplexis and could not cooldown. Super cool running build which does even heat up on hot maps less one of the coldest in the game.

Hmm Just imagine how much more intense a battle would be if PGI increased all heat across the board on all maps. Even a cool shot wouldn't allow you to just vomit damage out of your mech. Time to kill would be far improved and high damage meta would be a thing of the past. Only weapons like the guass and LBX would be efficient. Small ballistics would be widely used more than now and LRM and SRM builds would be severely nerfed.

The only problem I see is the light mech machine gun meta. Unless PGI increased that weapons heat by a small amount i could see those mechs being even more overpowered than now.

Is this the Unicorn balance we have all been asking for?
