Dear OP,

you have been diagnosed with HEINZ Syndrome. Do not worry, it is not fatal, but can feel like it is killing you.

This will pass, and you can be expected to make a full and complete recovery somewhere around August 7th.

If symptoms persist past this date, please contact a real doctor.

I don't understand. Journalist could buy buy a Founder Pack now and may already be in, and will definately be in Closed Beta on the 7th. According to Russ, the game will still be in closed Beta on August 7th and all founders will have to sign an NDA anyway (unless they release the NDA, which would make sense because it is unenforcable for minors).

As for letting the rest of us in, it would be extremely simple to add second login to the CB forum for non-beta testers that includes NDA language. Keeping it a secret wouldn't be anymore difficult than it is currently. You talk you get booted, bye-bye founders package (which is why they may only allow Founders members in).

True. But then ie. Gamer Online could publish an article about the Beta MWO and then have lawyers reducing the magazine to an online cafe menu printing company. They would be covered by the NDA as well. The journalist being their employee. Also think carefully. If you want to keep a 'secret', do you then give public access to that secret? Expecting everyone of today's society to obey the rules? It would not only be the Founder Package they lose. It would be game access. They would have to start up a whole new account just to play the game.

How about keeping your pants on and waiting like the rest of us? Closed Beta is only two weeks away.

ahem... there are 22000 (twenty two thousand) people already in. Where are the breaks that are being spoken about here?

Anyway, there should not be any access to Beta forums with current Beta policy. It is not GW2.

I would also like to ask anyone who waiting to gain access to the beta formon on August 7th. Why? the prize is supposed to be early access to play MWO, the beta forum may actually disappear since every founder will have access and the NDA will likely be lifed.
