I still have fond memories of running uac2 adders and triple ac2 shadow hawks in scouting, ages ago, good times.
(Atleast on polar they worked pretty good.)

"Enemy Peaks around corner for Laser vomit Alpha" - "Fire 4 bursts from 6x AC2" - deals 48 damage in less than 3 seconds, shell flare blinding, screen shake makes laser vomit aim impossible, enemy wasted armor by peaking, no jam and ready for more salvos, can be done on a 65 ton mech.

Literally the only weapon you need if you do this build.

The Nerfinator™ actually has a long history with the AC/2, nerfing its cooldown something like 3 or 4 different times and also giving it Ghost Heat (way back in the day).

Tried the triple UAC 2 dragon, didn't like it. Swapped to the Trip AC 2 dragon, oh-yea.

I had the same results. On paper you'd expect the UAC quirks to push the UAC/2 build way above the AC/2 build, but in practice you still jam too much even then.

I prefer the Jag DD for trip UAC2. All in one arm and good elevation for peeking, but good god the number of times all 3 jam within a 10 second window even with -30% is ridiculous. 4xRAC2 KGC is fun, though.
