To be honest. The development team has stated they will have some kind of tutorial to get people up to speed on how to control you Mech. So bam, there you go, you'll get gifted Battlemech to undertake this training. And on a side note. Any tutorial needs to have that dude from MechWarrior 2 calling you a 'scrub' a 'wet nose' and a 'sibko reject' he's awesome. I assume from here however your unrestricted as to what Mech class you go after.
