WIth a lot of disconnects and a bit of lag sometimes occurring, can you please report problems to:-

technical@mwomercs.com

In this video a mech starts teleporting approaching 4:00

I've already sent it to technical so they can see it.

Important to note is not to blame players, just pass the information to technical please.

Hahaha.....

Sorry, my man.

Not laughing at you.

But I just saw a human expecting gods verbal answer following this persons prayer.

I did send a report for the first like 4 years. Every 4 - 6 months I told them that ppl are crashing in almost every match and that they pls do something about it.

Never even got a reply and after like 10 or so messages I stopped.

They dont read it.

They dont answer it.

And they wont fix the constant discos dwl.

Hell would freeze over long, long before this game would ever run stable.

Trust me....I tried.

I disconnect when my provider acts like [Redacted], other than that, I have almost no issues with MWO, most are on my side anyway. The thing is, and with PC gaming in general, that with so many different configurations, it is extremely hard to release a game, which will work flawlessly on each different hardware/software config. Not saying MWO is a perfection from technical side, far from it in fact, but there are many folks who do not experience as many issues as other people, and those aren't necessarily owners of top rigs, so not every issue is possible to fix on PGI side.

The disconnects have been worse than usual these last few days. Two days ago I was getting kicked up to three times per match, every drop. It has been more stable since yesterday but there are usually one or two discos every drop.

Good hunting,

The game drops you for even a momentary lapse in your connection. It's probably intentional to prevent lag-switch shenanigans.

A little advice..

for your drops, press F9 so the little info of position and ping appears in the upper left corner of your screen when playing so PGI can see it. Also, don't cut off the video you send in before going to the end of match screen so PGI can also see the ping of the player that is warping as well as the match ID so they can check the telemetry (if they actually bother to do that.. I have my doubts)

That is exactly what lag switching looks like.

Actually that is what packet loss / latency issues look like.

Not everyones internet is A-OK all the time and this is a simple result of that. No need for a tinfoil hat and "lag switching".

Honestly - what is the point of reporting this? The issue lies with that users connection as opposed to PGI/Game servers in an almost certainty.

Plus you don't even show the ping of the player to see if it was jumping around a lot.

eh some stuff just never gets fixed. the Resistance Grasshopper variant has had significant issues since the re-scale, all the metal special geometry is still the Grasshoppers original size and kinda sinks into the mech all over since its bigger now.

Also if you live in Australia than lag spikes and 200+ ping is the norm, not a lot PGI can do about our distance or government policy
