so i have an i3 in a dell windows 10 with geforce 9800 gtx+ and the game is just lagging for instanc in the mech lab i go to spin me mech with the curser the pic gets gerky and keeps on spining its lagging in game play as well....alllllso in the setting menue i set directx to 11 or auton and save then go and ook it will not switch and i dk what it is but i just want to play the dam game before trip

Make sure you, go to devices and make sure you delete a gamepad or joystick. I had one on my system and even tho it wasnt connected i was getting a ghost input for movment.
