Well they could change CERPPC to its TT value of 15 direct damage if they add in IS PPC Capacitor.

Making both sides' PPCs overpowered isn't a good fix.

Even at 4 tons, IS would still be slot-limited in cooling those guns...so...meh.

The only use for LPPCs I have found is to slap 3 of them on my jumping cikada and use it as a warmup mech and settings test in the training ground before I play any games.

I´m pretty sure that if I could run 4 LPPCs without ghostheat I could make this mech work in game, in terms of at least riding along the edge of the 500 avg damage mark I personaly use to determine if a mech/loadout is good enough.

As it is now this mech is best performing for me with lazors which I feel totally go against the qualities this mech has as a very agile little poptart mech.

LPPCs are decent when you have more hardpoints and crits than available tonnage. A pair of LPPCs is a ton lighter than a standard PPC for the same damage and range, though it is a smidge hotter.

They have niche usefulness, mostly on lights. Granted, I also run a pair on my MAD-BH2, along with a UAC10 and 5xML. Gives it some respectable ranged punch without sacrificing much in the way of knife-fighting.

Yeah pretty much what everyone else has said...kinda just mount LPPC/LGauss to mess about and harass/annoy the heck out of people.

Other than that...they're not very good at killing anything.

Fun to zip around with them though. Spamming Lgauss it pretty entertaining I think. Mostly bc people just hear gauss like THUNK, and go running away. Its even more entertaining when you see that they can't tell where the heck it came from.
