Greetings.
Since a month ago, my friend and I can't find any game at all when we start the queue together.
We keep trying each time for minutes and minutes, and it never finds a game.
The exact moment when we leave the duoQ and we start soloQ, we get in a game almost instantly.
Why is this happening, and is it happening to someone else?

I had the same issue when trying to play with a friend a while ago.
As far as i understand the problem is as follows:
There is no duoQ only solo and Group
This means that for Group play the game has to find a combination of groups that in total make up 12 players so you can have a 12v12
But since the population of the game is not the best most people and streamers i watched seem to only drop in 6 man groups, so that they can get into a game more easily.

So if you queue as 2 and get put together with a 6 man group now you are 8..then another 6 man queues and you can't to 2+6+6, so you get left behind and the 6+6 go into a match

God dammit, I see .-.
Since the population is that low, I think they should be less restrictive with tiers and game group queues, and just try to fill the 12 players of each team with who ever fills it up first for that specific game. I belive more people would come back and play it.

Or ask PGI to allow duos in solo-q.

There is no real tier in GQ since they take the average tier, and afaik there is no hard lock on boundaries. And depending on time of the day if there is only a few dozen people in groups, depending on the sizes of each group there may not be any availability/spots for a duo. And then even those players who have formed up into larger groups, wait times may force them to disband the group and hit SoloQ.
