Just saw someone playing on a stream and I thought it would be fun to come back and see how the game has matured.

When I logged in I noticed My piles of Cbills are missing, and I have none of my Founders Mechs or other mechs I paid for after Beta?

Did PGI go belly up and sell the game or something? I put hundreds of hours into this game back when it came out I'll be semi upset if all the money and effort I put into this game is perma gone.

First, click on Profile above. It should show what mechs you have in the mechlab. If you see your mechs then check your in-game filter settings after clicking on Select mech. Both and Owned then it can be filtered down even more.

If no mechs are showing up in your profile...did you have more than one email account, if so check your other emails. Several returning members have had more than one account. After that you would need to contact support.

Q: I've lost my account, or can't remember details such as the e-mail or Pilot Name. Can you help me track it down?

If you are unable to recall the details of an account created in the past please contact support services at accounts@mwomercs.com for assistance.

Please provide us with as much information about your lost account as possible, such as any personal information that may be associated with it, potential Pilot Names, and potential e-mail addresses used for the creation of the account.

There were no account resets once it went into Open Beta but sounds like you played after that.
At any rate, you would have your Founder's mechs.

Note by default the mechbay list would list only trial mechs on a fresh install.

Choose "all" for faction and "owned". Again the default setting is trial on a fresh install.

Note founders appear as either champion or hero mechs on the list. Make sure you did not exclude them on the display criteria.

Anything earned during closed beta is gone with resets. Anything during open beta should have been kept.
